torn tendon

#1 Post by canamfan » Wed Apr 12, 2017 8:04 pm

Well I was hoping to ride more this year then last, but in late January on one of those nice days I caught a vine on the front fork of my new Beta and came to a quick stop. I felt my left shoulder pop and then pain, but thought it would get better, unfortunately it didn't. two months later I've had an MRI and the tendon in my shoulder is pulled clean off the bone, so gotta have surgery and probably 6 months to get back to work and a year to totally recover. Doc says the PT is the hardest part. Good luck to everyone else, stay well, and watch for those vines.
